952 'Westjet' Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron

952 ‘WestJet’ RCACS was one of two new Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadrons in the Calgary area to stand up in the fall of 2012.  The Squadron received its charter on April 10, 2013 and held its Stand Up Parade on June 1, 2013.

Formed of a partnership between the Department of National Defence and the Air Cadet League of Canada, the Royal Canadian Air Cadet programme has its origins dating back to 1941 and continues today to be one of Canada’s premiere youth programs.

For more information on the cadet program in Alberta please visit the new Alberta Provincial Committee website.  Of particular interest to level 3 (and higher) cadets is the 2018 scholarship preparation package.

We're hosting a "Fun Casino and Silent Auction" night on Saturday February 24th.  See our blog post for more information and to purchase tickets.
